Cancellation & Refund Policy
This policy explains how cancellations, returns, and refunds work for orders placed on ZappGo.
1. Order Cancellation
You may cancel an order only before it is accepted/packed by the store. Once an order is in processing or out for delivery, cancellation may not be possible.
2. Wrong/Missing/Damaged Items
If you receive wrong, missing, expired, or damaged items, please report the issue as soon as possible from the app. Our team may request photos for verification.
3. Refund Timeline
Approved refunds are typically processed within 3–7 business days depending on the payment method and bank processing times.
4. Non-Returnable Items
Certain perishable items or items marked as non-returnable may not be eligible for return. Refunds in such cases may be processed at our discretion after review.
